The word "percent" is continually mentioned in the world of raw food. We hear it all the time – 100% raw, 90% gross, or 75% crude …

Sometimes it's as if 100% is a kind of destiny, and once we get there, its Hooray, but its almost a shame if we went from there.

In fact, raw foodism is not a destination. Pretty, is a discovery process.

Discovery of ourselves, how our body and in the final instance, the way they affect others around us.

You already know that eating live foods instead of processed, by "dead" food, frees the body from unnecessary burdens and feeds nutrients to cells.

And so, for example, if we use to eat a breakfast of pancakes microwave with butter, but now change to fresh bananas with nut butter, a number of things will happen:

First, our digestive organs not have to deal with complex carbohydrates, processed sugar and saturated fat pancakes.

Therefore, the body does not feel coma light (its still low because the day has just begun!), which usually comes after eating a combination of starch and fat processed sugar.

Secondly, we are not eating is, microwave. chemically altered food, more. The impact of chemically modified food at worst harmful for our cells, and at best unknown!

This does not mean you have to be 100% or 90%, or even have to be a percentage. Being 100% raw or even be an appropriate goal for you first. Just go at your own pace.

A person can be a raw foodist 100%, but because it's totally healthy to eat only a specific type of food and what they lost in other valuable nutrients.

Or it could be eating nuts and oils, have digestive disorders and therefore suffer more weight problems than ever!

These examples are definitely not seeing the incredible health benefits often raved about the world of raw foods.

And it means that if you ever fall off the mark of 100%, to criticize ourselves and take off in the direction completely opposite?

Absolutely not! Raw foods, remember, is a continuous journey. It is an amazing process where you discover about yourself.

And it all begins with the discovery of how the foods you eat can affect you physiologically, emotionally and spiritually.

While we are aware eat as much natural, raw and fresh organic foods that we can get our hands on, we're on the right track.

So, Raw Re Foodism defined:

A raw foodist can be someone who recognizes that the food he / she eat have an impact on him / her, and strives to give himself the best possible nutrients each meal.

With the right vegetables, however, you can eat whatever you want, how many times you want and not gain a pound. Exercise caution, however, in choosing the right kind of vegetables, and that not everyone can stay thin. This is because there are vegetables that are high in calories, while there are also those that are low in calories. What are these vegetables low in calories?

The following are the types of plants that are considered to have low calories and are ideal for eat if you're on a diet or want to lose weight. These include carrots, cucumbers, radishes, fresh green beans, celery, cauliflower, cabbage, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and lettuce. Obviously, you do not have to go green when you're on a vegetable diet. If you look at the options, you can assemble yourself that you're not only contain the minimum of calories, which are full of essential nutrients as well.

To be specific, if you are on a diet low in carbohydrates can have been hearing that eating vegetables is the way forward. The National Cancer Institute has recommended a number of serving sizes for different types of vegetables. The recommended serving size if you are not eating raw leafy vegetables or cooked vegetables is half a cup. If you are eating raw leafy vegetables, the size Recommended serving is one cup. If beans or peas are what you are having for a meal, the recommended serving size is to be taken half a cup. Do you think me a hypocrite?

I am a vegetarian. I have not eaten meat for almost 6 months. I'm a vegetarian for ethical reasons. I think it is wrong to kill encourage others, living only for us eat their corpses. I also work at Wendys. I especially the work of the fryer (I fry Chicken Nuggets and French Fries). They also sometimes work grid, where cook raw hamburger patties to junior and unique. So, you think I am a hypocrite? I looked for a job, not fast food for months, but could not find any jobs. Then I got this.

Hello! Have they not seen in V & V in a long time. You are NOT a hypocrite, but is in a kind of a sort of state of hypocrisy! Way back in the day I did my work in burger joints (which were not known at this fast food then ) Family owned. I finally had enough determination to find another job after some friends came up with this line: "A vegetarian burger is like running a nun running a whorehouse" (no offense to tell anyone!) That analogy worked for me! I stopped working for the family and took a job as night janitor until I could find a better job. I'll tell you that his health is improving a couple of weeks after quitting smoking! You do not realize when he does like all the unpleasant fumes and mess with your body fat! You will also find that some employers will see you now that is more favorable employed. Powder and update your resume and go fight some doors in your spare time! Good luck!

So Thanksgiving is a holiday and soon more will be here. I know that many people are now trying to plan what to do for dinner and trays Goodie. Well, if you are looking for new recipes to try this year, then check out the bottom.

Breakfast Recipe:

Inflation Eggnog Pancakes

2 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
2 / 3 c eggnog
1 / 2 c flour
1 / c 4 sliced almonds
2 tsp sugar

Preheat oven 425 degrees

Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet in the oven. Beat eggs, then add eggnog and flour. Pour into hot skillet. Sprinkle the almonds and sugar over the pancakes. Bake until puffed and brown on 16 to 18 minutes. Serve immediately.

Main Dish Recipe:

Cranberry Orange Glazed Ham

1 (5.7 pound) smoked, half baked ham
1 to 1 / 4 cup brown sugar, divided
3 / 4 c cranberry juice
1 / 4 c honey
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 – mustard 1 / 2 tablespoon prepared
Butter 1 to 1 / 2 tablespoon
Whole cloves

Garnishes:
Fresh cranberries and orange slices

Cut the skin from ham. Score fat on ham in a diamond design and studies with whole cloves. Place the ham fat side up on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Insert a meat thermometer into the ham, make sure it does not touch fat or bone.

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Combine 1 / 4 cup brown sugar, cranberry juice, and next 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Mixing well. Let boil and cook for 1 minute.
Coat exposed portion of ham with the remaining 1 cup sugar. Pour hot cranberry juice over the ham. Bake for 30 minutes or until the thermometer reads 140F. Basting ham with pan juices during cooking. Use the garnish if desired. Yield: 10 to 16 servings.

Dessert Recipe:

Snowballs

1 c butter
1 / c 2 white sugar
1 tablespoon of extract vanilla
2 c sifted flour
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 C chopped walnuts
3 / 4 c sifted powdered sugar

Preheat over 350 degrees
Spray or butter 2 baking sheets

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and salt and mix with the butter mixture. Stir in walnuts. The hands with powdered sugar in a small pastry. Then roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Place on a tray 2-inch baking away. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned. Cool for 15 minutes and then roll in icing sugar.

i want to go vegan or even raw vegan. Any advice?

latley I can not wait to go vegan or raw vegan. But the thing is that I live with all the omnivores and my parents did not let cook because I think Ill just blunders: S is the only time I can make my own meal is breakfast and snacks. EASY recipes I need many young teenager i can do without the stove. I say no cuz i know how to make salads they. I also need help telling my parents ... my mom and hates that im a vegetarian so I can not make things worse ... What are your suggestions for processing and food intake?

(I'll have a list of easy / ready-made foods to follow, and in fact, some things from scratch vegan recipes) Eventually, you'll find that being a vegan is not so difficult. I always forget about the fruit, but they are healty and good taste and too expensive Arent more biscuits / cookies Triscuits crackers-EASY VEGAN meals / FOOD-peanut butter and jelly (strawberry is the best!)-pasta salad with chicken strips Morningstar vegan vegan-cal fried chicken: cheap bag of frozen vegetables, vegetarian chicken strips: they fry everything in a pot with lemon dressing or other dressing sauteed with any type of dressing you want, vegan tacos: Using Morningstar vegan beef crumbles, or simply use the tofu and add the vegetables / sauce, Tater Tots, some onion rings, Michelina's frozen rice dishes, etc. .. frozen things you have to read the ingredients, vegan hot dogs (usually in the organic section, not the meat section frozen or regular), the most breads are already vegan, but check to be sure-Boca, Gardenburger, Morningstar some vegan pastries / barbecue riblets / imitation meat SANDWICHES tofu hummus, vegetable soups (make sure you do not have beef broth in them) - beans, bean soup (just buy canned beans and make your own) ... beans become a major source of protein, and can be added in tacos, vegan chili, soups, etc. microwave bags of rice and instant alias (some vegans Arent)-Pope baked french fries, mashed potatoes ... in case you want to cook some of the most difficult to find vegan dishes, this is a site with good looking: http://veganyumyum.com/2009/01/mac-cheez ... that specific page for the Mac and cheese vegetarian, but if you go to the home page and look around there are plenty more recipes

Now, I believe that the dessert has a particularly interesting time for dinner. ItÂ's the food that people expect even have had an enormous satisfaction e © entering and main course!

Carrot Ooo la la!

  • ½ cup carrots, and freshly grated
  • 1 packet gelatin, orange-flavored
  • 1 slice ginger, peeled and grated

(If you have a tooth youÂ've particularly sweet, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey).

Simply prepare the gelatin following directions on the package. When set, add all ingredients, mix well, spoon into small dessert bowls and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve garnished with a sprig of mint or a small wedge of orange.

Raw food??

Hiya have been eating non-vegan baked all mylife. I'm 21, 5 feet 6 and 170 pounds Well ....... I'm getting married in 3 weeks !!!!! I will eat raw and Veges juice for my health, I really hate to eat meat and cheese / milk! And I want to lose weight! I also exercise every day, 1 hour of walking / jogging, jumping rope 30 minutes (two times) and cross trainer for 30 minutes doing this every day with the raw food / vegetable juices how y'all think ill lose? Thanksssssss!

no one here can give a better estimate of which it already has, in fact yours may be more accurate because you know your body and on the other side .. I do not know many things about you or body to determine how much a person loose in a certain diet. do not even know the basics .. amount of calories you eat or exactly how many calories you will burn. so my best advice is to stop worrying and try to see the future so bad .. try to focus on her new healthy lifestyle, living in the moment and enjoy it. :) Eating healthy and exercising regularly is not a diet, it's a lifestyle .. a choice to make and try to stick to life than just a few weeks. motivated, not cheat and feel good. congratulations on your wedding to come! and remember that no matter how you look on the outside of your soon-to-be husband will love you for who you are .. nothing more and nothing less. :) Xoxoxoxo ♥

I will share with you the list of foods that I purchased this week for next week. My six pack is visible, I have 3 mm of fat at the waist and these are the foods I buy and eat in a typical week. Consider the variety that include proof that you can have a six-pack without living in the chicken and rice and low-fat rubbish.

I'm going straight to the point. Most raw food gurus are lying.

What the Experts Say

# 1: Is RAW?

These "experts" are encouraged to eat anything as long as it is raw. This means that the toxic foods such as cocoa, garlic, oil and cayenne pepper can be eaten on a daily basis and in mass quantities. They even described affectionately as "warming" foods!

# 2: Fruit-phobia

These "experts" claim that a fruit-based diet is hazardous to health, while promoting the severe Restricting calories by eating a plant-based diet low in calories.

I will not name names, but an "expert" in particular, arguments that the healthiest diet premium comprises no more than 5 ounces of food! 5 ounces! That's the amount I give my Maine Coon 15 lbs!

Are you a 15 pounds cat? No? Passing below.

# 3: Fat Fanatics

These "experts" go against all investigations independent of the nutritional quality and recommends consuming extremely high levels of fat in the form of fatty fruits, nuts and seeds, and even processing of oils! These Raw fats are, so you can eat as much as you like!

Again, not naming names, but some "experts" have no problem and the recommendation 2-4 days eating avocados! And that's not like all nuts, seeds and oils consumed in salads and dried dishes.

# 4: power, processed, packaged and

These "experts" advise to spend extraordinary amounts of money in YOUR "necessary" super foods and supplements, many of which the supposed "expert", no doubt, is sold in its own website.

The right way to go in the rough

# 1: Is it healthy?

Prima does not equal healthy! You do not need harmful raw foods such as salt, pepper and raw cocoa. In fact, your body is better off without them.

# 2: Fruits, Fruits, Fruits and more

Do not be afraid of fruit! Fruits provide the best nutrition for humans and meet their calorie needs. You should eat fresh fruit all you want, until you are satisfied. Greens not low in calories and sweet fruits are added to fruits and can never form the basis of a healthy diet.

# 3: Fat is fat is fat …

Medium fat remains raw fat and food should be the smallest part of your diet. Think of an avocado or nuts 1-2 tablespoons per day. And they are not crude, not healthy, and no more than 100% fat!

# 4: Fresh and raw, and Fruity

Superfoods and supplements can not measure to the complex nutritional fruits and vegetables.

1. Red (beef, lamb, pork, offal) is rich in easily absorbed iron. The darker the meat, the more iron it contains.

3. Caffeine inhibits the absorption of iron from food. Dona't drinking tea, coffee or cola drinks during meals. Keep at least 2 hours of meals.

You can substitute the nuts with a mixture of one cup of pecans cup half and half nuts, or all the nuts.

You absorb these overnight in pure water, drain and put in a blender with 3 cups of pure filtered minutes or spring water and mix for about 2 1 / 2. I have received many questions about how to capture and impeccably clean image. Here are some guidelines about how a photographer can excellent results of the product photography.

1. Plan your shot. Having a strategy on how and where he created his lighting, background and accessories.
