There are quiet a tacit conspiracy going on here in the U.S..

I would say that manufacturers of food and medical orthodoxy, , While no verbal agreements to conspire may have occurred, are to blame.

Clear that while his lifestyle is the total reason to the extent of disease and ill health of the nation is, the food we eat plays a role more than 75%. Processed, chemically enhanced food lack of nutrients that make up over 95% of what fills our shelves of grocery stores today is slow at work, but it is less toxic.

Here all these years later we are still buying foods that are adulterated by the manufacturers. Increased disease parallels the rise in processed foods contaminate the food supply. Yes pollutants.

However, the medical orthodoxy sits quietly. They never come out strongly against this evidence. They instead choose to push the pills and potions to allow us to live broken and continue to poison us themselves. I wonder why? As with any conspiracy is his profit.

Imagine a country without diabetes for a moment. All these companies who currently thrive off of this disease to go down the road. Now imagine a country without any of today's degenerative diseases. No need for socialized health care. Pharmaceutical companies would die off and the physician's role would vanish. Who benefits that we remain and continue to get sick?

We are being poisoned. That's a strong statement, but true in every sense of the words. Ask yourself when humans lost their ability to live the 60 years of age without medical intervention? Without drugs? I have ancestors who lived in their 90's with regularity, that took no drugs and only visited a doctor in the most severe disease. My grandparents did not take medication to lower cholesterol, blood pressure control drugs or drugs glucose management. So the question again – when it loses the ability to live the last 60 years of age without medical intervention?

I'm furious. You should be too. We are looked upon as hosts to a parasitic conspiracy us sick, keep us sick and take our hard earned money in the process of keeping alive.

Put your foot down NOW. Living a life of health, not illness. Eat whole natural foods, organic foods, foods of their ancestors! Buy anything in the boxes with the lists of ingredients with chemical names. Not one! Sponsor family farms and local farmers' markets. Buy eggs fresh farm, poultry, beef and unpasteurized raw milk. Do not be afraid of animal fat. The cholesterol theory is a myth. The man, who was a founder of the American Heart Association, a graduate of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Paul Dudley White said this in 1930. He denounced the hypothesis lipids and noted that the rate of myocardial infarction is rare in the 1800s. It increased by 60% in a short 20 years, while population integrates more hydrogenated oils and corn oils in their diet. It seems that lately juice bars is giving Starbucks a run for their money, and although not yet at every turn, their numbers seem to be constantly increasing.

So What is the driving force behind this growing trend?

Well, apart from the fact that a great taste, fresh juice fact is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids. It is by far the fastest and most effective way to give your body what it needs and keep it running optimally.

You may be wondering if you can buy natural juice instead of doing so. The truth is that juice commercial or mass production does not contain anything about high in nutrients than fresh juice has. Processing destroys most if not all nutrients and most of these juices are heavy on condoms to lengthen its life.

One of the benefits of the juice is fresh, organic juice is easily digested and quickly absorbed and assimilated into the stream blood, helping to maintain naturally healthy alkaline state. The blood then carries the nutrients to various organs and tissues of the body to nourish and repair cells.

– Wash about a pound of carrots

Leta transformation of all-time favorite food, pizza, a favorite of all time healthy. This pizza is high in fiber, antioxidants and phytonutrients that fight inflammation, heart disease and cancer, and that just tastes good. It a great way to introduce green leafy vegetables in your diet. I encourage everyone to take at least a portion of these journals. Chard, broccoli, kale, collards and cabbage are examples. These vegetables are two to five times the antioxidant vitamins A and C of other vegetables. They contain unique phytonutrients that causes the liver to do a better job at detoxifying cancer-causing substances. They also that cancer cells stop multiplying and die. Leafy green vegetables are an excellent source of calcium without the fat and inflammation causing casein of milk cowa. Remember that cows get large bones Dona't of drinking milk. 1 Kabuli Whole Wheat Pizza Crust (available at Wild Oats)

1 / 3 cup milk pesto (see recipe below)

½ bunch of spinach

10 tomatoes dried

12 Kalamata olives

3 water packed artichoke hearts

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash the chard and trim rough ends. Cut the leaves into small pieces and the stalks into pieces about ¼ inch. Place the stems in a steamer basket first and then add the leaves. Steam for 10 minutes. Moisturizing sun-dried tomatoes simmered in water for 5 minutes or as directed on the package. Let drain and cool in a colander.

Meanwhile, break the olives with the flat of a knife from Chef's. This loosens the seed. Cut olives in half lengthwise and discard seeds. Cut each lengthwise artichoke hearts in 3 or 4 slices. Grate cheese, if you are using. Cut the sundried tomatoes lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices.

Place crust pizza in a pizza pan. Spread 1 / 3 cup non-dairy pesto sauce on pizza. Using a fork or tongs, spread the spinach evenly over the pesto. Organize olives, artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes over the spinach.

Bake for 9 A-10 minutes or until crust reaches desired sharpness. Serves 3 A-4 people.

No dairy Pesto

3 A-4 cups loosely packed fresh basil

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 or 2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons red miso

½ cup raw walnuts

Combine all ingredients and ¼ cup raw nuts in a blender at low speed for 2 minutes. Add remaining raw nuts and mix for 1 minute.
