I've heard some that you should not eat after 6 or 7 pm, some who say they do not eat breakfast or not eating breakfast or not eat after 3, or snack, or snack … all this information in conflict, and leaves me perplexed.

Dinner
The general rule when it comes to eating at night is that he should finish his last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime. This ensures that you have fully digested all their food before going to bed, which is important because digestion may jeopardize their dream.
So if you're a total home and social fool like me who really enjoys going to bed at 9 pm, then finish your last meal no later than 6pm.
Personally, I find my own time frame to be much milder than this. While trying to dine between 5-6pm, there are plenty of times I do not finish eating until 8pm.
I still sleep very well.
Now, of awakening and refreshments during the middle of the night is an entirely different matter. This not only lose precious sleep time, but certainly can affect the quality of your sleep for the rest of the night.
Breakfast
The argument behind skipping breakfast is that most people are not hungry early in the day and it is better not to force to eat, but to wait for true hunger.
Actually There is no fixed rule on this, but the raw foodists was decided to follow this general rule, stick to very few foods (for obvious reasons).
For example, when you skip breakfast, usually do not eat between 12-2pm and it would be very difficult for me to eat 3 full meals on those days. Much easier to make my first meal of a large – which is perfect since I have not eaten all day – and then have a normal "sized" dinner meal a couple of hours later.
If you find that you are not hungry until later in the day, feel free to skip breakfast until it is really to have hunger. If you find that the first thing you are absolutely ravenous in the morning, by all means, EAT!:)
Snacks
For various reasons mentioned in my pasture this week, I prefer Eating 2-3 large meals during the day in front at 4-6 smaller.
To recap, the means of grazing:
- Constant Hunger!
- Tiny, unsatisfactory portions!
- Boring Food!
In my opinion, eating some great food is only much easier. I really hate having to constantly prepare food … although the "preparation" usually means grab some bananas or the implementation of the blender.
I love the food, but I simply do not have time to eat and think about eating all day!
The Big Picture
All that aside, I really would not worry about any of this in the beginning.
If you're new to raw foods or have any kind of trouble keeping a raw diet is far more important that you get used to eating plenty of fruit and enough calories to ensure are obtained first.
In other words …
- If you find that you are hungry an hour before bedtime, then go eat some fruit!
- If you find that you wake up hungry in the middle of the night, get up and eat some fruit!
- If you find you must eat breakfast to get enough calories during the day and then eat breakfast!
- If you find that you need a snack afternoon fruity to stay on track, well, snack it up!
Once you are comfortable with the raw diet of low fat, then please go to the lower "when to eat" things …

IÂ'm sure by now youÂ've heard of incredible health benefits of antioxidant-rich foods in your diet. The potential risks associated with handling and processing of vegetables
Fresh vegetables
Vegetables and herbs grow near the ground. Food spoilage is often caused by microorganisms native to that environment, ie, molds and yeasts, but bacteria such as lactic acid types are also often involved.

I've never been a breakfast room.
