I love Cake – I can not myself. But I do not like any kind of cake. It has to be yellow cake. So I thought I would try to do the classic yellow cake cupcakes (o) of Chapter on birthdays and chose to do Beyond. cupcakes instead of a cake, because I felt more comfortable with my cans of biscuits that I made with my cake recipe pans. thata was so easy I could not believe what No go toa luck. cupcake without frosting for a party that capped my freshly baked goods birthday cake with vanilla frosting. I love a party! My friends could not believe my talent discovered.
I felt very safe in the category of desserts, so I decided to make my son an apple with spices and raisin turnovers are Mom's chapter ONA Apple Pie.  The sweet tart dough recipe is easy to prepare, as was the filling. My kitchen smelled divine as the turnover is baking. The turnovers are a guardian.

I enjoy a low fat raw vegan diet consisting mostly of monomeals, so the following meal plan may seem a bit soft for you. As you progress on your journey crude, however, you will appreciate even the simplest desire meals. Remember, be kind to your body transition at their own pace.

The winter season is a challenge, and in season produce is limited. Summer, however, offers an abundance of delicious options. Below is a meal plan of the week the summer season. My calorie intake is 1,200 A-1,400 calories per day depending on my activities and exercise for the day. This week, my caloric breakdown is approximately 80% carbohydrate, 10% protein, fat and 10% after Dr. Douglas N. Graham 's 80/10/10 ratio of calories of a diet low fat, raw vegan.
DAY 1
– A breakfast smoothie: 5 medium bananas, 2 * Ataulfo mango, 2.5 to 3 cups of water. (Blend)
– Lunch A-4 large peaches
– Pre Dinner A-2 cups of pineapple
– Salad Dinner: A half head of romaine lettuce, 1 cucumber, 3 tomatoes, 4 stalks celery
* Mango Ataulfo are also called champagne mangoes. They are small and apricot. When ripe and ready to eat, to be a bit soft and the skin just begins to wrinkle.
DAY 2
– A breakfast smoothie: 3 medium bananas, 1 cup strawberries, 2.5 to 3 cups of water. (Blend)
– Lunch A-1 honeydew melon
– Pre Dinner A-2 cups of grapes
– Dinner-salad: A half head of iceberg lettuce, 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 4 stalks celery, 1 avocado,
DAY 3
– Breakfast – fruit smoothie: 4 medium bananas, 2 handles Ataulfo, 2.5 to 3 cups of water. (Blend)
– Lunch A-1 personal watermelon
– Pre Dinner – 2 grapefruit
– Dinner salad: 1 red pepper, 1 orange pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber (cut all ingredients) eat as is, or add lettuce of your choice: Romaine, Boston bib, etc.
DAY 4
– A breakfast smoothie: 5 bananas average, half cup of blueberries, 2.5 to 3 cups of water. (Blend)
– Lunch A-4 large peaches
– Pre Dinner A-2 cups of pineapple
– Dinner  – Salad: 4 oz. spinach, 4 tomatoes, 4 stalks celery
DAY 5
– A breakfast smoothie: 4 medium bananas, 4 fresh figs, 2.5 to 3 cups water. (Blend)
– Lunch A-1 honeydew melon
– Pre Dinner A-2 grapefruit
– Dinner – lettuce wraps: 3 chopped tomatoes, chopped 1 cucumber, and 3 chopped celery stalks wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves
DAY 6
– Breakfast-fruit smoothie: 4 medium banana, 1 papaya, 2.5 to 3 cups of water. (Blend)
– Lunch A-4 large peaches
– Pre Dinner A-2 cups of grapes
– A-* Dinner Dine out for a tomato salad and a steak at s. J. Alexander 'Salad: Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, avocado and a half. Beefsteak tomato tomato smooth with a hint of fresh cilantro.

In preparing this hummus recipe, be sure to consider how spicy you want it to be. I prefer mine on the soft side. I have tried with 4 cloves of garlic and it was too. Also may reduce the paprika and cumin, to begin with a little and check for flavor.
These are the ingredients of the recipe: 2 medium zucchini, 1 / 4 cup olive oil, 2-3 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons. sun-dried sea salt, 1 / 2 cup fresh lemon juice extracted, 3 / 4 cup black or white seeds sesame, 3 / 4 cup tahini, 1 / 2 tsp. pepper and 1 / 2 tsp. cumin.
Cut the unpeeled zucchini and place in a food processor along with olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic and process until smoothly blended. Add salt, lemon juice, sesame seeds, sesame paste, paprika and cumin and process until blended.
Refrigerate until 3-4 days.
That's all. A simple raw food recipe that takes only minutes to do. So much better than store brands, which also include cooked ingredients. Only the raw ingredients into the recipe of hummus. You can market and sell what is so good. You want to adjust to your liking. Just be sure not to leave too much spicy food, because many people do not like hot or spicy or can not tolerate. Raw foods do not have to be hot and spicy to be good.

I believe that raw food has caused diabetes, what should I do?
Well all I have read about a raw diet is to cure diabetes and well ... 6 months ago I got my regular bloods done and my blood sugar in the blood was 5.5 perfectly normal. Today I was in the shopping center and I got a bloody nose and fainted, and when I woke up the security guards took me to the doctor did bloods again ... 11.8, my blood sugar level in blood was 11.8. Diabetes is at 11.1 or higher. Now I have to come back tomorrow to see if you type 1 or type 2 am enough. How did this happen? What went wrong? Try reading the book E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber. It has nothing to do with the Internet, but everything that can and should apply to any business, large, small, online or offline.

I hate to admit, especially to be a certified personal trainer, but I got hooked on Diet Coke. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I thought I needed a replacement drink coffee morning to give me that buzz, that lack of starting fluid. I knew drinking diet soda is not good for me, really is not soda good for you and I really was not taking, because it was a "diet" soda, I just liked the flavor better than regular soda. I read tons of articles about the negative effects of soda, especially diet sodas with artificial chemical sweeteners (the dangers of artificial sweeteners is any other topic), but I was living in denial.
I thought to myself hell is my only vice, and how bad could one day be few? But After some deep thought I realized that being a health and fitness professional and a firm believer that you should always practice what I preach, I knew I had that kick this bad habit. As with all bad habits, I knew this would not be easy.
As leave any bad habits, whether smoking, do not exercise or overeating, the first step is to admit to myself that yes, I'm Addicted to diet Coke. Then I knew I had to commit to change in my life and that I realize the hard work that faces the lack of this unhealthy habit. Now I too am a believer in the "moderation", which means sometimes having a diet Coke when really longed for was fine, but the key is not to abuse this privilege gold.
In my quest to find a healthy drink discovered black ice tea (UN-sweetened) and soon began to do some research on green tea. The unlimited options of fat-free foods are so immensely popular in our society you would think if this were the only guilty, it would be very healthy and fit.

Diet plan? Work Out? Supplements ?!?!?
Hi, My question is simple. Some background information: I am 5'10 and 185 lbs + (a scale not seen in months .. guess). I have 35 +% body fat. After several months of reflection I have decided that I want to fight professionally. My goal is 10-15% body fat in January 2008. I am a vegetarian and eating raw foods. I go to the gym every day for at least 45 minutes (just started last week) and will take Krav Maga at least 5 days per week for 1 hour from morning. My problem is that I want help planning a number of fitness training to maximize my agility, strength and speed, without adding bulk too. Me too I need help choosing supplements. I tried personal training with 24 hour fitness, but the coach was not realistic, I only said what he thought I wanted hear. Training plans, lessons, and adivce supplement. Please help?
Its aim is rather extreme. The problems I see is that you do not want to loose too, yet you want to be 10% -15% body fat. Most women who are 10% -15% body fat are body builders or elite athletes. Their body fat percentage is low due to high muscle mass, not only under the body fat. go as low as 10% -12% can seriously harm your health. I personally do not believe to be passed below 15% in all cases. This could be more of a long-term goal if you are 100% serious, I'm not quite sure that is achievable in less a year. As you are vegetarian, it is imperative that you find an alternative source of protein. You can add muscle without adequate amounts of protein, at least 1 g per kg of body weight per day, spread throughout the day on 5 small meals. I would probably suggest you start weight training before attempting to lose weight. This will increase your muscle mass and ensure the loss of muscle mass is minimal, such as weight loss. When weight loss, in order not to lose more 1-up to 2 pounds a week, otherwise you will lose muscle. It is inevitable that as you lose weight, lose some muscle, but this should not exceed 10% -25%. If more than this, then you need to increase your calorie intake. Good luck:)
