We've all heard of the diet "no carbs" or have gotten into the train at some point to give a quick tour of shed those unwanted kilos fat. For some reason this rave, madness or how you want to label that has stuck around its fair share of good and bad news attached to it. It is easy being caught in the whirlwind and confused about what is to be welcomed in our bodies that serve a good purpose. The information is if not indicates correctly or has shared the ability to have a negative effect on us. Therefore, for us as individuals, take the initiative to do some digging to unearth the types of carbohydrates that can be put into the category of "friend" and eliminate the enemy that falls under the "category".

The all words "carbs are bad" is wrong because as human beings, our bodies absolutely need carbohydrates correctly function. We can not, and let me repeat again, we can not properly function without carbohydrates. We know that all carbs are equal, so finding the type carbohydrates that are essential to fat loss, but not only that aid in adequate food consumption and weight management is ultimately our choice. Being proactive at this level will help you make healthier choices for you and your family.

So now that we have established that two major groups of carbohydrates – those that can be your friend and your enemy. Before expanding further on this allows' back a bit and let me in simple terms share of carbohydrates is important for the human body. I will not discuss the downside of having no carbohydrates, because once you understand the mouth will adrift on the underside.

The most important role that carbohydrate consumption is to give the body energy and provide fuel for the brain. Our body needs energy to function effectively, so that when our energy level is low in our mind slows information processing, our bodies are slow to react to regular day to work day. We walk around dragging his ass so to speak, and essentially running on empty, like using a light batteries flash in the bar is passed and is hesitant. It's like trying to start and run a car on an empty tank of gas … There is little in the tank, but not enough to move from point A to B successfully.

When we find our low energy is the norm for us to reach, whether for a sugary food or a food made from white flour, and processed muffins, bagels, cereal bars, yogurt, pop, juice or protein bars, thinking that the sky rocket our energy and we kicked off and staying power we need. Sure, we give a swift kick start for a brief period, but close to the heels is the rapid fall and a slow but sure, besides the increase of unwanted fat. Now, let's get to the carbohydrates that are our friends who we ride with, have on hand and enjoy it are good for our bodies.

Our list should be directed to the choice of foods high in fiber and low in sugar. Why? Because we want to avoid the increase in our level of insulin, feel full longer, get healthy food, and maintain or lose body fat as we eat. Thus, some of carbohydrate best choice to be achieved on the go – the types of snacks should be the healthy natural food groups – fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and without salt, sugar and dry any fruit. If we make the conscious decision that the food available – at the office, at home in the car and on our man or a bag (men do have portfolios now). He tells us our energy level will be ready and stable, we will be more alert and if you have to remove fat, is remarkable.

Even healthy carbohydrates that we eat for breakfast lunch and dinner – can I make a suggestion that if fat loss is your goal, you should try eating rice, pasta and potatoes for lunch at least four days a week. Brown rice, whole wheat with some low percentage of sugar is a excellent food choice, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and all kinds of beans are also great choices of carbohydrates. Oatmeal (not pre-packaged kind) flour Oatmeal is the premium organic breakfast of champions in my book – no need to add some sugar, but few dried cranberries, raisins or dates add flavor enough to be acceptable for your enjoyment. To add a sprinkle protein booster pieces of chopped nuts – rabbit trail!

So while my list are not the end all, are only suggestions that are healthy choices of food selection that when incorporated into your style of eating can help stabilize insulin levels, increased energy, fat loss and a healthier you.

I am the music, the song, and the dance. My life is the whatever expression I choose to give it. I decide how fulfilled or not I’m going to be; my faith or lack thereof, the positive or negative attitude I decide on embracing or rejecting. I am given “today” to live, so I’m going to give it my all and live the best I can for today.

Is it all or nothing when it comes to the benefits of a raw food diet?

I know that the raw food diet has many health benefits, longevity and mental wellness. But unfortunately, I lack the necessary willpower to give up all my food cooked ones. My wonder is, if we eat a diet that is largely in the rough, but not completely, I still experience some benefits, although at lower levels?

the most complete foods you eat, the diet is healthy. thats just my opinion. With regard to the wishes and stuff .. It seems that even youre addicted to certain foods cooked .. Maybe you could try going 100% raw for a while? after a couple of weeks, the anxiety was for me and I started crave fruits and vegetables. good luck:]

Students come to Yoga classes for a variety of reasons, but many are seeking some form of peace. Fortunately, yoga has many methods that reduce stress levels and achieve inner peace. Let's look at some methods you can practice to relax and live in tranquility.

1. Establish and schedule a yoga routine daily. Most people start giving me the strength of this, but anything worth doing takes practice. Every person has ten minutes per day, that can be saved for yoga or meditation. Look at your day and make an appointment with yourself, and no distractions.

If you go to bed late, the positions of practice soft (asanas), pranayama, prayer, mantras in silence, or meditation. If you are practicing a little more, that's fine. If you're an early riser, should be easy to spare ten minutes in the morning. Early work in the morning practice yoga for many of my students, too.

One of the side effects, which will be reported within one week, is productivity. When you are in a program, you become more productive in all areas of life. This is about the fact that you will feel the peace and happiness.

2. Exercise of each of the four planes of existence. Mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health are the four aspects that contribute to inner peace and happiness.

I. Challenge your mind daily by reading, listening and learning new skills. You can learn a new language, a new life skill or anything, thus contributing to their mental development.

II. Spend time with those who love the challenge of developing and patience. Always work toward tolerance, patience and inner strength. Humility is not surrender, but an option to be peaceful.

III. Participate in prayer, mantra, japa, or positive affirmations. Religion was designed to end the suffering of not to start wars and provoke conflict. Your choice of so that worship is yours to make. Never do harm to others for any reason, especially in the name of their religion.

IV. Make exercise a part of each day. Walking, asana practice, practice your favorite sport, and make sure you enjoy what you do.

3. Eat a clean diet. You probably has heard this again and again, again, but as a whole, natural vegetarian foods, organic and raw, they contribute to the length and quality of life. In Yoga, this is called a Sattvic diet.

Wash your food, eating moderate portions, try to enjoy the preparation process, not over cook your food, and eat in a relaxed manner. If you have to eat chocolate or ice cream, make sure your portions are moderate and enjoy every bite. Moderation is the key to longevity.

This is the foundation of yoga's holistic approach to complete health. It is true that people do not always practice all these steps every day. Just do your personal best, and find the peace as you journey through life.

Bulgaria's cuisine contains a unique blend of flavors that reflect the country's position in southeast Europe. Greek, Turkish and Middle Eastern influences combine with traditions.Furthermore Slavic native country, many people say they can detect influences from other places too: the Hungarian cuisine, a taste of Italy, and only a touch of the Mediterranean.

The first thing visitors will notice is that Bulgaria has its own distinctive ingredients. These include mlyako Kisel (literally "sour milk"), a yogurt, and Sirene (white brine cheese that can be made from cow, goat or sheep).

Some popular traditional dishes of Bulgaria are:

– Shkembe chorba – some proudly claim that Bulgarian tripe soup unique as a national historical tradition, while they see as coarse and slightly vulgar. The soup is made with the stomach lining of cows, mixed with milk, then seasoned with vinegar peppers, garlic and chili. According to legend, if drank in the morning, soup can act as a hangover cure.

– Tarator – A cold soup is often eaten in the warm Black Sea region the country. Tarator is made using the yogurt, cucumber, nuts, vegetable oil and water and flavored with garlic and dill. It is often served cold, sometimes with ice.

– Shopska Salad – A traditional Bulgarian salad vegetables says raw or roasted peppers, tomato, cucumber and onion. The salad is served topped with grated or diced sirene.

– Lyutika – A type of salad dressing made from a blend of roasted peppers, tomato and onion, finely crushed with a mortar. Lyutika being used with parlsey and garlic flavor, and is sometimes mixed with yogurt, Sirene, boiled eggs, or cooked chicken pieces.

– Lukanka – sausage made with pork or beef (bovine). The sausage is prepared in a dry cow intestines and hung to dry for up to 3 months. Once dry pressed, and a white fungus is often allowed fungus to grow in it (the removed before eating). When you eat Lukan, cut into slices and serve cold.

– Soujouk – Another type of cured sausage. Soujouk is made of minced beef, and can not be eaten cold, but must be cooked before eating. Because of its high fat content, can be cooked in its own juice without oil.

– Elenski but – Parma ham, traditionally Elena in northern Bulgaria.

– Banitsa – A light baked savory pastries made with eggs and SIRENE.

— Sarma – a laminated sheet, filled with a mixture of minced meat with spices, rice and chopped onion.

– Popara – A cooked meal of dry bread and perhaps a little stale. Bread is cooked with milk, tea or water, a small amount of butter and sugar, and either kajmak (a type of curd), or siren.

– Gyuvetch – a stew made use of minced beef, peppers, onions, tomatoes, eggplants and okra.

– Turshiya Tsarsko – pickled vegetables, cauliflower, carrots, celery and red pepper.

– Turshiya Selska – pickled vegetables, cauliflower with green onions, geen tomatoes, cabbage, carrots and celery.

As well as savory dishes, Bulgaria is also home to many excellent desserts. These include:

– Garash – A pecan pie, ice cream and dark chocolate, then covered with chocolate training ice.

– Halva – a sweet made using sesame seeds or sunflower seed tahini. There is also a variant made with semolina, and another variety (known as "white halva) from sugar that is traditionally eaten just before Lent.

– Kozunak – sweet bread with milk, butter, sugar, eggs, raisins and lemon peel.

Egg whites or egg substitute free of cholesterol no cholesterol and can be easily used for the recipes.

Snacks

Glutathione, the body's master antioxidant and detoxifier, is one of 14 "super" in SuperFoods Rx: Fourteen Foods That Will Change Your Life, co-authored by Dr. Steven Pratt.

Glutathione levels can not be increased in a clinically beneficial extent by orally ingesting a dose glutathione only. (1) This is because the amino acid glutathione is manufactured inside the cell, from its precursor, glycine, glutamate and cystine.

Hence food sources or supplements that increase glutathione must supply both the precursors of glutathione, or enhance its production by other means.

The manufacture of glutathione in cells is limited by the level of sulfur-containing amino acid precursors, cysteine.

Cysteine – As a free amino acid – is potentially toxic and is spontaneously catabolized or destroyed in the gastrointestinal tract and blood plasma. However, when it is present as a cysteine-cysteine dipeptide, called cystine, it is more stable than cysteine.

Eating foods rich in sulfur containing amino acids help increase glutathione levels. Here are some food sources and dietary supplements that help boost glutathione levels naturally.

1. N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC)

This derives from the amino acids L-cysteine, and acts as a precursor of glutathione. NAC is quickly metabolized into glutathione once it enters the body. It has been shown in numerous scientific studies and clinical trials, to boost intracellular production glutathione, and is approved by the FDA for the treatment of overdose accetaminophen. Because glutathione mucolytic action, NAC (brand name Mucomyst) is used commonly in the treatment of lung diseases such as cystic fibrosis, bronchitis and asthma.

2. Milk Thistle, Silymarin

Milk thistle is a powerful antioxidant and supports the liver, preventing depletion of glutathione. Silymarin is the active compound of milk thistle. It is a liver detoxifier natural and protects the liver from many industrial toxins such as carbon tetrachloride, and the most common agents like alcohol.

3. Acid alpha lipoic

Natural material in body cells as a byproduct of energy release, ALA increases the levels of intracellular glutathione, and is a natural antioxidant capacity of free radical scavenging. Has the ability to regenerate antioxidants such as vitamin C is oxidized and E and helps make them more powerful. DC (Campanulaceae), commonly called Balloon Flower Root or Jie Geng, have been found to increase intracellular glutathione (GSH) content and significantly reduce oxidative damage liver cells, to minimize cell death and lipid peroxidation. 8. Selenium

Selenium is a co-factor of the enzyme glutathione peroxidase. Selenium supplements have become popular because some studies suggest it may play a role in decreasing the risk of certain cancers, and how the immune system and thyroid gland function. However, too much selenium can cause some toxic effects, including gastrointestinal upset, brittle nails, hair loss and mild nerve damage.

Bread Soup

  • ½ pound of stale bread crusts of Allinson integral
  • 4 onions
  • 2 turnips
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 oz butter
  • ½ oz. finely chopped parsley
  • 8 liters of water
  • ½ pint milk

Soak the crusts in water for 2 hours before being put into the fire. Cut vegetables into small cubes, add the bread with butter and pepper and salt to taste.

Allow all to simmer gently for 1 hour, then rub the soup through a strainer, return to pot, add milk and parsley, and if the flavor is liked, a little grated nutmeg, boil the soup and serve at once.

Cabbage Soup

  • 1 cabbage sizable
  • one large Spanish onion
  • 1-1/2 oz. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ nutmeg saltspoonful
  • 1-1/2 liters of milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour Allinson fine

After preparing and washing the cabbage, shred up very fine, chop the onion, establishing

  • 4 good size carrots

  • 1 oz butter, salt and pepper

Wash, scrape and cut carrots into dice. Prepare and cut the onions and celery. Set the vegetables in the fire with 3 liters of water, adding the mace and seasoning.

Let everything cook until very soft, which will probably be in 1-1/2 hours. If the carrots are old, it will take longer to cook.

When the vegetables are tender, rub all through a sieve, return the soup to the saucepan, add the butter, allow to boil, and serve with sippets of toast.

Vale - Someone asked about this question 7 months ago - but no one was able to help. I hope this time someone has the answer. August / September 2006 Food Network had an episode of "The Secret Life of comfort food ..." A man had a meatloaf recipe that includes oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs and asked to cover the meatloaf with raw bacon before putting in oven to keep it extra moist. Food Network Darn never posted the recipe for it though !!!!! Does anyone know the recipe - or have you recently seen the show and remember what else goes in this meat pie? Also - what was that cake restaurant meat. Thanks guys!

Serves 6 • 1 pound lean ground beef • 80% of • 8 oz ground veal 8 ounces ground pork (Note: A "great meatloaf package of beef pork and veal can be used.) • 2 large eggs, at room temperature • 1 cup milk • 1 cup oatmeal • 1 / 2 cup canned peeled tomatoes, drained and some chopped • 1 / 3 cup finely chopped celery • 1 / 2 cup finely chopped • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1 tablespoon dried basil • 1 tablespoon dried thyme • 1 tablespoon dried oregano • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper • mushroom sauce (recipe below) 1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2.In a large bowl Mix the beef, pork and beef. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add the milk and oats. Pour egg mixture into the meat mixture and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and combine again until fully incorporated. 3.Form in a loaf of bread on a tray and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. 4.Remove to a platter and keep warm while making the mushroom sauce. (Note: Be sure to reserve 1 / 2 cup of fat from the sauce.) Mushroom Sauce • 1 1 / 2 cups water • 1 / 2 cup fat ground beef • 1 / 4 cup flour • 4 large mushrooms, thinly sliced • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1.Pour black water in the ground beef in roasting pan and stir and scrape with a wooden spoon or a whisk to loosen the browned bits at the bottom. 2.Pour the reserve fat meatloaf in a 2-quart saucepan and heat over medium heat. Gradually stir in flour until smooth. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes. 3.Slowly stir in the liquid from the roasting pan and cook, stirring, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

What is the idea of eating a good mix of all this? I tell you what not to start. It is not the color scheme to make a looking dish. It is not as smooth textures and hair hard or crunchy and chewy. It is not the combination of spices with soft or sweet and bitter.

All these combinations are for taste and presentation. When talking about the correct combination of foods I'm talking about the purpose of digestion. Is the idea of eating food in the combination that gives your body the best chance in the proper digestion and utilization of nutrients. Improper food combining will result in fatigue after eating, feeling "heavy" hours after eating a meal, and quite possibly have stomach problems, such as acid reflux and related conditions.

Did you feel tired after eating a big meal? Almost everyone has at one time or another. There are two reasons for this: eating too much food and combining the error. We discuss portion size in the United States as a problem later. For now I want to concentrate eating the wrong combination of food as the culprit.

You need to understand a couple of important points here before we go any further. Digestion Food is one of the activities that require more energy than the body. Anything that makes this process more difficult will require additional energy expenditure. Finally, different foods use different digestive juices to break them.

Thanksgiving dinner is a great example of a time when most of people need a nap after a meal. Besides eating a lot is due to the wide spread that occurs, meat, potatoes, squash, corn, salsa, fill, etc. So we are adding pressure on the digestive process and causing multiple digestive juices to be used simultaneously. That is why we feel so tired and need a nap.

Or an acid stomach, heavy feeling is caused by food not digested properly. When you combine proteins and starches in the same food as you open the door for these problems occur. To combine foods properly you should not eat starch and protein in the same meal. Eating one or other category and see how much easier digestion occurs. Just because they were raised to eat "meat and potatoes" in the same meal does not mean it is the right thing to do. Try to eat the right way for a week and see how it feels great.

Food poisoning is a common, usually mild but sometimes fatal disease. Treatment:

People with food poisoning should modify their diet during the period of illness. It should drink clear liquids frequently but in small quantities. As your condition improves, soft, bland foods can be added to the diet.

A commonly recommended diet called the BRAT diet. The BRAT diet is named after the four foods include: bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.
Milk products, spicy food, alcohol, and fresh fruits should be avoided until all the symptoms disappear. These dietary changes are often the only treatment needed for food poisoning.

These sweet and sour chicken wings are delicious for the holidays.

3 pounds chicken wing sections uncooked Wingett

1 cup cornstarch

3 eggs lightly beaten

Oil for frying

Sugar 1 / 2 cup

1 / cup white vinegar 2

1 / gelatin 2 cup currants

1 / 4 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Getting There

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cornstarch place in a large resealable plastic bag. Drop in chicken wings, a few at a time. Alas Shake in bag to coat evenly. Dip wings in egg.

Heat an electric skillet or deep fryer to 357 degrees. Fry chicken wings for 8 minutes or until golden brown, juices should run clear. Turn wings to occasionally while cooking. Drain on paper towels.

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, jelly, soy sauce, tomato sauce and lemon juice. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Place chicken wings in a baking pan greased 15×10x1-inch pan.

Pour half the sauce over the wings. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Turn the wings and pour remaining sauce over. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is set in the coating.

For 30 wings.

24 slices of bread

1 egg

1 egg white

Milk 1 / 3 cup

1 teaspoon parsley

Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon

1 / 3 cup finely chopped fresh broccoli

1 / 3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Use a rolling pin to roll the bread flat. Cut the bread with a 2-1/2-inch cookie cutter. Discard extra pieces of bread or save for another use.

Press bread rounds of miniature prepared molds. Broil 6-inches from heat until golden (about 2 or 3 minutes). Cool in pan.

In a bowl, beat egg, egg white, milk, parsley, salt, baking powder, thyme and pepper. Add broccoli, cheese, mushrooms and onions. Spoon 1 teaspoon each round of toast.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Serve immediately.

Makes 24 servings of snacks.

40 large black olives

Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large plastic bag with zipper, combine the tortellini, olives and salad dressing. Seal the bag and turn the bag back and forth to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Discard marinade.

To make each snack, take a skewer or toothpick and short string in this order: an olive green, folded slice of pepperoni, tortellini, folded piece salami, olive sprig of parsley and black.

For 40 appetizers.

Making Maki Sushi is easy. The steps are very basic and easy to follow.

Maki is a Japanese famous and favorite dish. It can be any kind of rolled sushi with rice and nori (also known as seaweed) inside. "Maki" in Japanese means "roll".

There are many types of Maki, depending on the filler used. For example, it is California maki. This is the mango and salmon and rice wrapped in seaweed. Kappa Maki cucumber wrapped in rice is. And Tekka Maki is tuna wrapped in rice.

Uramaki is more complex. Only an expert chef can do it perfectly. The easiest to make are Temaki. Temaki is served often at social gatherings at home.

Wasabi

Short grain rice with sticky consistency
Rice vinegar
Gari (ginger root into thin slices)
Soy sauce

First make sushi rice. Prepare the rice vinegar. Combine with hot salt and sugar. Cook the rice, making sure to have a sticky consistency. It is the right kind of rice for the dissemination of the nori.

Lay the bamboo mat and place plastic wrap on top. Lay the nori with the shiny side down. Lightly wet your hands and take a handful rice. Spread evenly and thinly on the nori. Leave a half inch margin on all sides of the nori. Put the other ingredients of the medium.

Then hold the two ends of the bamboo mat and roll away from you. Make sure that food is reduced while playing. Do not roll too well though fillings or fall out.

Expand bamboo carefully, ensuring that food is not broken laminates. Place the rolled sushi into a cutting board and cut so uniformly in several pieces. Serve with soy dipping sauce on the side.

Do you always believe that the fact of nutrition in food packages?

i think the fact nutrion in cereal and snacks are more likely to be correct, but what about the packages of seafood are also correct? I'm an Asian girl, so shop i in Asian stores too often today, I saw a bag of raw octopus, the fact of nutrition claims that only 2 oz has 40 calories, I believe that? Do not want to ruin my diet by counting calories my bad .. what should I do?

It's funny, I was on a day of Wine others, I bought a bag of black beans, and said that for 1 / 4 cup, there was only 11mg of protein. Not even the protein measured in milligrams.

Rx dog food w / organic ingredients?

I have been feeding my Terrier organic raw diet for dogs with allergies. Recently, my vet allert me as a potential kidney problem after doing blood tests and urinalisys and suggested I change the food to a Rx kidney friendly food. (She's 10 and healthy.) I was aware of 2 brands: Purina NF & Science Diet KD. Both are made with corn, which is a big allergen for her. I love to find an organic, free corn crackers is formulated to be gentle on the kidneys. (Especially in light of the recent horror of the menu items.) We travel a lot and am not prepared to start cooking for her. Does anyone have any idea about other pet food companies that can give me what I'm looking for? Thanks in advance!

I can relate. I have an older dog showing some kidney problems and laboratory work my vet wants me to feed Science Diet KD. It's really junk food, like all diet products Science, but they seem to work. A friend of mine had a dog very high BUN and after only 2 months in this meal, the values were normal. From the labs my dog evalated were only slightly, I did some research and found that if the food is low in phosphorus and low in protein, it is easier on the kidneys. Many of the high premium food requirements. I Senior Chicken Soup for the dog lover and 3 months later when my dog had rebuilt laboratories, which were normal. This dog is now 15 and kidney values are normal! I have also fed Canidae Platinum and values remain normal. I've also read that raw food kibble instead of canned may be better for a dog with kidney problems, so maybe try the Canidae canned or welfare, or chicken soup or any kind higher premium canned foods. Hope this helps

I often hear how "simple" eating raw food compared to cooked. could not agree more!  There is simply no comparison between a beautiful, simple breakfast of a whole melon and a unique breakfast of bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast and a cup of coffee.

Talk about indigestion!

However, the low fat way of eating raw I am referring to is not the Norm By contrast, many raw foodists recipes depend on the model of your favorite foods, often called "model" recipes. These recipes contain various ingredients such as nuts, seeds, salt, spices, onion, garlic, etc.

Are these meals very simple? Â Here are 3 simple recipes guidelines to raw:

# 1: The recipe has several ingredients

For a few ingredients, I mean no more than 5 with the ideal of being 1.a This not only means that you really can taste and identify all the ingredients, but will much less time in the kitchen.

The ingredients also should be easy find. You should be fine with a quick trip to your local supermarket or farmer's market.

Many raw recipes contain more than 5 ingredients. are made with all kinds of raw nuts, seeds, spices, and not to mention vegetables. of all salt, pepper and oil that is commonly used in one dish.

# 2: The recipe is easy to prepare

Each recipe should not take much time or equipment to together. At most, you may need a blender or food processor. Best Recipes * * only require opposable thumbs and take seconds to do!

Putting the guidelines into action

A simple real food is the one with few ingredients can be prepared easily and is easy digested. The perfect example is known as a mono-meal or a meal of a single type of fruit. In this case, has an ingredient, can be as easy as peeling a banana, and digested in 30 minutes.

Not to mention the sense of accomplishment after you eat 12 bananas in one sitting. :)

It is important to drink milk until the esophagus has healed and no more acid reflux. There are some easy to make recipes that can be used during the period recovery. Avoid pineapple, because it is difficult to digest, and eat healthier during the day to serve fruit for lunch too. At night I suggest dishes of raw vegetables and crudity. Broccoli such as:, cauliflower, cucumbers, radishes, salsa tofu, yellow and green zucchinis, Belgium endive, mushrooms, carrot sticks prepare for the easiest way.

In a blender put a package of tofu mild, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, parsley to taste, salt and pepper to taste, squeezed lemon juice and process until creamy. Usually dives can be found in supermarkets, but try to eat only healthy foods and organic as possible.

You may grant the cooking time to your own taste, I still enjoy eating the recipes, as I prefer cooked food. My next recipe is for one serving: fried white fish with mashed potatoes, steak needs white fish, potatoes, green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, peas or asparagus, olive oil and unsalted butter, fish and vegetables will be little time to cook in the non-stick sauté pan over medium-high, the steak is ready when it becomes light brown.
