What do I need to start a business in Vancouver, WA?

My plan is the creation of businesses in the sale of cooked sausages and smoked meats and fish. If I get a building that allows me to cook food and smoke and take to the shop to sell? Wat and the type of license do I need to sell raw meat? I am a rookie at this so any response or experience in Washington, and that this help .... Thank you sooooooo much.

You need a business license and a permit from the county health department. You need a card personally Food Handlers. If you open a place where people go to eat the food, you will need an occupancy permit from the fire department. I strongly recommend that incorporate or operate as an LLC to limit liability in case someone gets sick from food. They limit their personal liability.

When I heard about the raw food diet, it took me years to figure out how to do it correctly. Then I took years, even more — making mistakes and compromising my health – until I started experiencing the benefits he was seeking from the beginning!   • Low Fat Clean: only the consumption of fruits and vegetables without fat (avocados, oils, etc) for 3 to 7 days or more.

    I've been losing weight rapidly (as, too fast.) What am I doing wrong?

    Hey, boys. Therefore, I am twenty years. I'm 5'7 "and about 5 months i was 160 pounds. I hated and decided to lose weight. I cut junk food, started to eat healthy, and developing and I was constantly lose 2 pounds a week. I got to 150 pounds, and my goal is 135. Then, the latter which led yesterday to a raw food diet. I've been eating nothing but tofu, salmon, vegetables, fruit and quinoa. I feel very good and energetic, the meals are delicious, and I never am hungry. But I've been losing a shitload of weight, I fear it is too. On Monday When I started my raw diet, I was 149.3 pounds. Today I am 145. And it's only Thursday. What's happening? Is 135 a good goal?

    I'd like to get your problem .. :) Just be sure to eat enough if you exercise. And I think the weight shouldn't leave as quick, cuz by exercising muscles and adds that are heavier than fat ... But maybe its just stabilization ..

    What is Raw Food / Living?

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and salt. In a second bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs, pineapple juice and vanilla. Stir liquid into dry ingredients until smooth. Stir in carrots, raisins and pineapple. Scrape into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 1 hour. A cake mold and Ice with Cream Cheese frosting. Cut into 1 / 2 inch slices to serve. Serves 18.

    Banana Bread

    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1 / 2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
    2 ripe bananas (mashed)
    6 oz can frozen orange juice
    2 eggs
    1 c. raisins
    Nuts (optional)

    Sift all dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients and mashed bananas. Add the wet and dry ingredients and mix well, then fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into a greased and floured (unless through nonstick pan). Bake at 350 to 375 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.

    DIABETIC SPICY SAUSAGE

    £ 2 extra Lean Pork
    2 tsp. crushed dried sage
    1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. fructose
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 / 2 tsp. onion powder
    1 / 2 tsp. Ground mace
    1 / 4 tsp. ground allspice
    1 / 4 tsp. salt
    1 / 8 tsp. ground cloves

    Mix all ingredients well. Then in pies and brown until done.

    DIABETIC MEAT PIES

    Crust:
    3 / 4 tsp. Sal
    1 / 4 cup plus 2 tsp. shortening
    1 egg
    Water

    Put flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter. Egg in a measuring cup. Add water to make 1 / 2 cup, add the flour and mix until well moistened. Divide dough into 6 balls. A floured board, roll balls into circles between waxed paper. Then aside.

    Filling:
    3 / 4 pound coarsely ground beef (raw)
    2 C. chopped raw potato

    1 med. onion, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 / 2 c. tomato sauce diet
    1 tbsp. minced green peppers
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tbsp. vinegar
    1 tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1 / 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 packets Sweet & Low

    Chuck Mix, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Make balls. Broil until golden brown (approx. 15 minutes). Sauce: Mix tomato sauce, green pepper, mustard and vinegar. Add the chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Sweet N 'Low. Pour over meatballs. Cook covered for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.

    When you give your baby raw apple slices?

    I'm a little nervous for giving my son (almost 11 months), raw apple, I just have the idea that it is much more of a risk of drowning, for example, the banana, melon, pear, etc. quite well bore with all other foods, most meals are eaten with your hands now.     Because of this, it is now much easier for anyone to discover how to get grants and apply that knowledge in their own life.es Everything you need is an Internet connection and a few minutes to spare!

    More importantly, the raw fruit has grown so high substantially. There are many more people promoting this way of eating than before.

    Many people around the world eat a diet low in fat. In the China, Study, the longest study ever conducted on nutrition, Dr. Campbell studies of people living in rural China who consume as low as 6% of calories from fat!

    No wonder that in these areas is much lower rates of heart disease, atherosclerosis, cancer breast, etc. compared to the most industrialized and the U.S. and Britain.
