How to get all the food groups?
My daughters are both going to school this year(first and kinder) and i want to pack them both the same lunch but they like different things
Paisley 1st grade-hates really juicy fruits,american cheese, and white bread
Blakely kinder- hates most veggies, and wheat bread
So I was wondering if this was a good lunch..and what other meals I could make??
Roast Beef sandwhich on a toasted roll(the roll comes toasted)with lettuce, and no tomatoes.
1 string cheese in swiss
mixed veggies(that Blakely likes)celery,carrots,snap peas(raw)
1 fruit like manderain oranges(Paisley approved)
granola bar
maybe a gogurt or an organic yogurt
What things keep a lunch cool and not smushed..What else could i pack?
Your ideas sound great. Involve the girls with the decisions since they will be more likely to eat their lunch if they feel that they had some input. You can freeze the yogurt to help keep the rest of the food cool, even if it doesn’t completely thaw before lunch, the yogurt will be good if it is still partially frozen.

We've all heard of the diet "no carbs" or have gotten into the train at some point to give a quick tour of shed those unwanted kilos fat. For some reason this rave, madness or how you want to label that has stuck around its fair share of good and bad news attached to it. It is easy being caught in the whirlwind and confused about what is to be welcomed in our bodies that serve a good purpose. The information is if not indicates correctly or has shared the ability to have a negative effect on us. Therefore, for us as individuals, take the initiative to do some digging to unearth the types of carbohydrates that can be put into the category of "friend" and eliminate the enemy that falls under the "category".
The all words "carbs are bad" is wrong because as human beings, our bodies absolutely need carbohydrates correctly function. We can not, and let me repeat again, we can not properly function without carbohydrates. We know that all carbs are equal, so finding the type carbohydrates that are essential to fat loss, but not only that aid in adequate food consumption and weight management is ultimately our choice. Being proactive at this level will help you make healthier choices for you and your family.
So now that we have established that two major groups of carbohydrates – those that can be your friend and your enemy. Thus, some of carbohydrate best choice to be achieved on the go – the types of snacks should be the healthy natural food groups – fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and without salt, sugar and dry any fruit. If we make the conscious decision that the food available – at the office, at home in the car and on our man or a bag (men do have portfolios now).
